The Nevada varsity boys traveled to Humboldt on April 16. They won 3-1.
Nevada had the ball on the Humboldt half for most of the game. Anthony Ellis, Kody Kruschwitz, and Taylor Maiefski all scored one goal in their win.
Varsity player Keegan Jones said, “ We played well and pulled through the end to get a big win in a hard fought game.”
Keeper Gage Maiefski had five saves on the night.
Nevada will play at their home tournament on Saturday, May 4.
