The seventh grade girls volleyball made major improvements in a their final season games on Monday night against North Polk. The girls played a well-rounded game and Coach Corey Long saw major improvement and hopes they continue their journey in Nevada volleyball.

Overall I felt that the girls have all improved from our first game to the last. Our serving has improved greatly over the season, as well as our ability to set the ball up to get three touches. We have also been doing a better job the last couple of games getting some down balls,” said Coach Long.

The night started out with the A team girls tying with scores of 21-18 and 11-21. The A team did a good job making clean passes and had a strong game serving. The B team was 0-3 on the night with scores 10-21, 15-21, and 19-21. Overall the girls improved on their scoring each game. The C team went 0-3 for the night.

“As these girls get stronger and gain more experience playing volleyball, they should be able to continue the strong volleyball tradition we have here in Nevada,” said Coach Long.

This concludes the seventh grade girls volleyball season.
