On Thursday, November 30th, the Nevada Middle School wrestling team wrestled at a meet in Bondurant. Coach Corbin and Coach Pelzer were happy with how the kids performed. They started off slow but improved as the night went on. The coaches say that they keep getting better every day, but they have things to work on.
“We need to improve from the bottom.” says Coach Corbin. They also will be working on improving their skills with reversals, take-down, and pins. Their next meet will be held at Nevada High School on December 7th, starting at 4:30.
