5.10 Girls Golf @ South Hamilton

On May 10 the Nevada girls golf team competed at South Hamilton. The Cubs varsity team placed fourth overall and the JV team placed fifth.

“We did a great job pushing through the rough holes on the back half of the course,” said Head Coach Mike Lawler.

In the varsity meet, Emma Griffin golfed well, hitting 93. Kelby Rewerts also did well, ending up with a score of 103. Caroline Ausman was not far behind, finishing with a score of 105.

In the junior varsity meet, Bianca Sponseller and Bridget Patterson both had a great meet, ending with scores of 46. Courtnee Milam did well in the JV team hitting a 48. Ashlyn Sporrers also did well, finishing with a 50.
