The Nevada Boys JV Basketball Team took on the Greene County Rams and it was a blowout. The Cubs won by over 30 points and had a comfortable lead the whole game.
Coach Greg Baethke said that everyone who went in played great defense and just brought energy to the game. He thinks that they need to improve on transition defense, where most of the Ram’s points came from, and finishing layups by going up strong. But overall, the Cubs played great team basketball.
The Cubs’ next game is at home against the Newton Cardinals Thursday, December 21.
